PAYMENTS + PRICING

A non-refundable deposit is required to begin all projects.
Remaining balances must be paid before final files are delivered.
Payment plans must be completed on agreed dates to avoid project delays.
Pricing is subject to change at any time without notice.
Custom quotes are valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated.
No design work will begin until payment has been received.

REFUNDS + CANCELLATIONS

Due to the digital nature of services, all payments are non-refundable.
Deposits secure your project spot and cover time reserved for your project.
If a client chooses to cancel after work has started, no refunds will be issued for completed work or time already invested.
Failure to communicate for more than 14 business days may result in project closure without refund.
Consultation calls are non-refundable but may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice.

DRAFTS

Initial concepts/drafts are created based on the information provided by the client.
Drafts are for review purposes only and may not be used, shared, recreated, or altered until final payment has been made.
Unused concepts remain the property of SEVEN17 STUDIO unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

REVISIONS

Each service includes a limited number of revisions stated within the package purchased.
Revisions refer to small edits or refinements, not complete redesigns.
Additional revisions outside of the included amount may result in extra fees.
Major changes after approval of a concept may require a new project or redesign fee.

DESIGN CONTENT

Clients are responsible for providing all necessary content including text, logos, brand information, photos, and other assets needed for the project.
SEVEN17 STUDIO is not responsible for proofreading client-submitted content.
Any content generated or sourced by SEVEN17 STUDIO for inspiration purposes must not be copied or reused outside of the completed project.
Final designs may be used in portfolio, social media, or promotional materials unless otherwise requested in writing.

TIME FRAMES

Turnaround times vary depending on the service selected and project scope.
Estimated time frames begin once all required information and payments have been received.
Delays in communication, missing content, or late responses from the client may affect delivery timelines.
Rush orders may be available for an additional fee depending on availability.

CONTENT DELIVERY POLICY

Final files will be delivered digitally through email, download link, or approved delivery platform.
Editable/source files are only included if stated within the selected package.
Clients are responsible for downloading and saving all final files upon delivery.
SEVEN17 STUDIO is not responsible for lost files after project completion.
No final files will be delivered until all outstanding balances have been paid in full.
